1. Service Availability

Heliocast strives to provide uninterrupted internet and television services. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, power outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Subscription & Payments

• All plans are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Services will be activated only after successful payment verification.
• Renewal payments must be made before the expiry date to avoid service disruption.
• Taxes, government levies, and applicable charges shall be borne by the customer.

3. Installation & Equipment

• Installation charges, if applicable, shall be informed prior to activation.
• Equipment provided by Heliocast, including routers or other devices, shall remain the property of Heliocast unless purchased by the customer.
• Customers shall ensure safe usage and protection of installed equipment.

4. Fair Usage

Customers agree not to use Heliocast services for illegal activities, unlawful content distribution, hacking, network abuse, spamming, malicious activities, or any activity that may adversely affect network performance or other users. Heliocast reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse.

5. Speed & Performance

Internet speeds advertised are provided on a best-effort basis and may vary depending on network conditions, device capabilities, Wi-Fi coverage, server limitations, and other external factors.

6. IPTV, OTT & Cable TV Services

Availability of IPTV, OTT platforms, and Cable TV channels is subject to the policies, content rights, and availability of respective content providers. Channel line-ups and OTT offerings may change without prior notice.

7. Service Suspension & Termination

Heliocast reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment of dues, violation of these terms, or regulatory and legal requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heliocast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.

9. Privacy

Customer information shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and shall not be shared with unauthorized third parties except where required by law or for service delivery purposes.

10. Plan Pricing & Modifications

Heliocast reserves the right to revise, modify, upgrade, discontinue, or change any broadband, IPTV, OTT, Cable TV, leased line, or other service plans, including pricing, features, speeds, benefits, and validity periods, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Any such changes shall apply to new subscriptions and renewals from the effective date of implementation.

Customers who have already paid for an active subscription period shall continue to receive the subscribed service until the expiry of their current plan validity, unless otherwise required by law, regulatory directives, or circumstances beyond Heliocast's control.

11. Changes to Terms

Heliocast reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms shall be published on the website and shall become effective upon publication.
